General Duties:
     Operate hand tools and small equipment such as table saws, chop saws and drills.
     Daily returning all small tools and equipment to trailers or vehicles.
     Respecting company property, vehicles and equipment, removing trash daily.
     Participation in weekly onsite safety meetings.
     Representing Red Barn Contracting while on the job site and while driving in our community. Treating all customers
          and other drivers with respect and empathy.
     Any other duties assigned by your foreman or operations manager.

     Being able to complete work with efficiency and quality, that matches Red Barn Contracting's expectations
     Exceptional communication with other members of the Red Barn Contracting Team
     Assist their team of crew members to meet safety, quality, and production goals
     Professional interactions with vendors, customers, and fellow employees in a respectful manner, treating all with
          dignity and empathy
     Time management and organizational skills, setting oneself up as a leader within the team
     Working with Manager to create a personal schedule which allows for high production, while still training, leading and
          assisting the managing of crew
     Taking responsibility for any other tasks, or responsibilities, directed by Operations Manager
